The Standard — v1.1
Not six products. Six things that happen continuously because the practice is subscribed — and every one of them points at the section of the Standard that specifies it.
Each service below names its section. “Is that included?” is settled by reading a clause, not by negotiating.
An assistant on the practice's site, in both working languages, answering from the practice's own material. It states that it is an AI system, captures who asked and about what, and hands each enquiry to a named person. Every conversation is a record entry.
Section §9 AssistantClauses ST-9.1 · ST-9.2 · ST-9.3 · ST-9.4 · ST-9.5
Internal work that repeats, automated: intake that stops being retyped, document requests that chase themselves, confirmations, reminders, equipment revisions, consumable reordering, and assembly still done by hand.
Section §10 SystemsClauses ST-10.1 · ST-10.2 · ST-10.3 · ST-10.4 · ST-10.5 · ST-10.6
A service with no boundary cannot be delivered to the same standard twice. This table is that boundary, and §10 of the Standard now specifies the service it bounds.
| In scope | Out of scope |
|---|---|
| Two automations built, tested and documented per month | A new system of record the practice does not already run |
| Work that is internal, repetitive and rules-based | Anything that reads a patient's answer for clinical meaning |
| Systems the practice already pays for and already uses | Software the practice would own and have to maintain |
| Documentation, so the practice can run it without Standard | Anything needing a presence on the practice's premises |
