Every service page describes what a supplier will do. This one is the other half, and it is published for the same reason the specification is: so that it is read before anything is sold rather than discovered in month three. Each refusal names what happens instead — nothing here is dropped silently.
These are statements about Standard's own conduct. None of them is an assessment of any practice's position, and none of them tells a reader what their own obligations are — that is for the practice and its own advisers, and it is a line Standard does not cross in writing or in conversation.
Instead
An unconditional invitation to give feedback to the practice, privately, with no star rating suggested and no filter on who is asked — and only where the profession and the country permit it at all.
Instead
Removal of unlawful content only — insults, anything identifying a patient, third-party medical claims — against a written rule, with every removal recorded and its reason cited.
Instead
Nothing. This is not offered for those acts, in any country. Paid acquisition exists only for clients outside that category, and the contract names them as such.
Instead
The practice's own form, transported unaltered and timestamped. Standard records that it was sent, opened and returned, and does not author it, branch on it, or read it for clinical meaning.
Instead
The practice's own follow-up messages, on the practice's own schedule, with a permanent visible route to a human. No question that invites a symptom, and no branching on a reply. The value is in the reliability of the send.
Instead
The practice's own orientation questionnaire, transported and timestamped, and read by the practitioner. Standard analyses no image of a person, for any purpose.
Instead
As above. A practice that receives no alert concludes it was told there was nothing wrong, and Standard will not put itself in that position.
Instead
What is true and checkable: the record is held in Frankfurt, each practice's data is isolated at the database rather than by the application, and enquiry content is held apart from the record and encrypted.
Instead
A link to the practice's own payment provider, and a record that a booking was secured. Standard holds no instrument and no card data.
Instead
Nothing, until it is ruled. Where it is ever offered it will depend on the country and the profession, and it will be published here before it is sold.
Instead
Publishing what the practice supplies about its own equipment, approved by the named approver and recorded like any other publication.
Instead
Standard states what Standard published, when, and which clause it satisfies. What that means for a practice's own position is for the practice and its advisers.
Everything refused above is Standard acting on the patient. Everything offered is Standard operating a surface or moving a document. Every hard case so far has landed on one side of that line without the line having to move — which is why it is published as a line rather than as a list of exceptions.
