Subcontractors

A subcontractor is a company whose service Standard uses to run this site and the client area. For each, the list says what it does and where it stores data.

  • Vercel

    What it does
    Hosts this site and runs its code.
    Where it stores data
    The United StatesA worldwide network, not one place
    What it holds about a person
    The technical record of each request to the site: the page asked for, the visitor’s IP address and the browser’s headers.
    Business associate agreement
    None is in place yet. Standard will sign one with this subcontractor before any information about a patient reaches it.

  • Cloudflare

    What it does
    Checks, on behalf of the sign-in service, whether a visitor to the sign-in pages is a person or an automated program.
    Where it stores data
    A worldwide network, not one place
    What it holds about a person
    The IP address and browser signals of a person signing in, and nothing from an account.
    Business associate agreement
    None is in place. Standard sends it no information about a patient.

  • Neon

    What it does
    Hosts the database of the client area.
    Where it stores data
    The United States
    What it holds about a person
    The names, email addresses and roles of people at subscribing practices, and what they approve or write in the client area. The history of the work holds no patient content and no patient identity.
    Business associate agreement
    None is in place yet. Standard will sign one with this subcontractor before any information about a patient reaches it.

  • Clerk

    What it does
    Signs people in to the client area.
    Where it stores data
    The United States
    What it holds about a person
    The name, email address and session data of the people who sign in.
    Business associate agreement
    None is in place. Standard sends it no information about a patient.

Changes

A change to this list is notified to the practice before it takes effect. The list is checked against the hosts named in this site’s code and security policy every time the site is published.
