The client area

Open at any hour.

There you read what is done for the practice, and give your approval, from your phone, between consultations.

What you find there

  • This week

A letter each week from Matheus Moreira Serafim Clemente, who does the work: what has been done, what awaits you, what comes next. It arrives in your client area and, if you wish, by e-mail. Any figure it gives was measured, and the period it covers is stated with it.

  • For your signature

Each text that carries your name is shown to you as it will appear, where it will appear, with what has changed since the previous version and the date it is to appear. You approve it, or send it back with a note: one gesture, on the text itself.

When a text awaits your approval, an e-mail tells you so, with the link and nothing of its content: one a day at most, never during your consultation hours or an absence.

  • A note

A question, a request, a correction: one sentence is enough. Matheus answers it personally; at the practice, no one but you reads it. The note closes once it has been answered, in words or in work, and the time it took is shown.

  • The services

For each: what has been done, what comes next, and what is asked of you, if anything. Only your practice’s services appear; a service in preparation is shown as such. The practice’s own figures — enquiries, first replies, quotes — are there, measured and dated.

  • The practice

What you say once holds for every service: the people and what each one approves, the languages, the opening hours, the words never to be used. The mandate is there too: what is done without asking you, and what is always put to you.

An absence is declared there in one gesture. Nothing then appears under your name, nothing is sent to you, and your letters wait for your return.

  • Documents

What binds us both: the Standard in the version in force; the subscription agreement, the data processing agreement and the list of sub-processors will join it once the operating entity, in Tallinn (Estonia), is incorporated. Every letter sent. And, on request, a dossier: what appeared under a name between two dates, readable without us.

What is written stays written.

Beneath each line that reports work done lies a dated entry: what was done, at what hour, by whom, and who approved it. The line leads to it.

An entry is never edited once written, nor deleted while the subscription runs; the database refuses the application any attempt. A mistake is corrected by a new entry, and both remain readable.

Nothing there is given a score, a rank or a colour that judges: what is done, sent and received is listed by date.

The whole can be exported at any time, readable without us; if you leave, it leaves with you.

Several practitioners

Each has their own access, reads in their own language and approves what carries their name; what carries several names waits for each of them. The front desk notes there any enquiry received by telephone or in person.

When it opens

At signature, with the practice’s particulars, the mandate and whatever already awaits your approval. The full history is added from the second week.

The practice’s data

A data processing agreement is signed before the first enquiry reaches Standard; what people write to you is held apart, encrypted.
