How it runs.

What happens, in order, from the first conversation to the day you might leave.

The conversation

Thirty minutes by video, with Matheus Moreira Serafim Clemente. Nothing to prepare.

How it is held

In writing

After the conversation, a letter reaches you: what Standard would take on for the practice, the fee, who approves, and what is needed from you, asked once. The contract and the data processing agreement will accompany it once the operating entity, in Tallinn (Estonia), is incorporated.

You decide when you wish.

The first month

It begins at signature.

  1. Days 1 to 3

    What we do
Your client area opens at signature, and the list of what we need is given to you, once.
    What is asked of you
Access, by invitation from your own accounts; no passwords.
    In your client area
The practice, the agreed mandate, the list.
  2. Week 1

    What we do
What is online is noted as it stands, against the Standard, without verdicts. The people who approve are designated; the data processing agreement is signed.
    What is asked of you
What is on the list, and the name of who approves what.
    In your client area
The first letter; the people, and what each one approves.
  3. Week 2

    What we do
The site goes live, or is corrected.
    What is asked of you
Your approval of what appears under your name.
    In your client area
    The full history opens.
  4. Week 3

    What we do
The first publication appears, approved by the person designated. The first automation is agreed.
    What is asked of you
    Your approval of both.
    In your client area
For your signature: the first publication, then the first automation.
  5. Week 4

    What we do
The first automation is put into service, documented.
    What is asked of you
    Nothing further.
    In your client area
What it does, when it ran, and its documentation.

The assistant has no week: it waits on the lawful basis for the processing it requires, and no date is given until then.

Each month

  • Each week, a letter: what has been done, what awaits you, what comes next. If anything was missed, it says so.
  • Texts are put to you in your client area as they will appear; when one awaits your approval, an e-mail lets you know.
  • The site kept correct, in each language. Two automations built, tested and documented.
  • One conversation a month with Matheus. When it is useful, he comes to the practice, once a month at most.
  • A request is made with a note, to the same person. It stays visible in your client area until it has been done.

Fees and terms

  • One monthly fee per practice, for what is taken on for it. It depends on that scope — the country, the profession, the procedures performed — and is set beforehand.
  • It is named in the conversation and written into the contract, exclusive of tax.
  • Month to month, with no setup fee and no minimum term; it can be ended at any time.
  • Nothing is charged before the site is live; the first invoice follows the first delivery.
  • The Standard, the client area and a second language are never charged separately.
  • The tools the practice already uses remain its own, and at its own expense.

If you leave

  • One message is enough.
  • The site is handed over working, with its content; the full history is exported and handed over, readable without us.
  • Each automation is handed over documented, and runs without us. Access is returned to you.
  • No exit fee.

In practice

The existing site

It is taken on as it stands, then corrected or rebuilt; the letter after the conversation says which.

The booking tool

It remains the practice’s own. The site links to it; the automations agreed work with it and do not replace it.

Languages

The site appears in each of the practice’s languages. The client area, the letters and the notes can be read in French, English, Dutch or Portuguese; the conversation is held in French, English or Portuguese.
