Standard states what it does. Nothing published here is legal, accounting or professional advice, and nothing is an assessment of a client’s position.

Your online presence, held to a published standard.Your online presence, held to a published standard.

The site, what gets published, how people arrive, and what happens after first contact. Run continuously, against a specification you can read before you buy anything, with every action recorded and open to you at any hour.

What actually happens

Months pass and nothing is published. The site speaks one language while the practice works in two. Ask what the supplier did last quarter, and nobody can answer.

That is not neglect. It is what happens to work that belongs to everyone and to no one: it has no deadline, so it never comes due.

6 services, running continuously

Services→

One subscription, because it is one job. Each names the section of the Standard that specifies it — so “is that included?” is a question you settle by reading.

  • 01

    PRESENCE

The site itself: it exists, it is correct, it is fast, it is in the languages of the market, and it changes when the practice changes.

    §3 Presence

  • 02

    CONTENT

What the practice publishes: drafted in the language of publication, approved by a named person at the practice, published, recorded.

    §4 Content

  • 03

    ACQUISITION

How people arrive: pages that answer the questions actually asked, and outreach only where the practice has authorised it in writing — and only where the profession and the country permit it at all.

    §5 Acquisition

  • 04

    FOLLOW-UP

What happens after first contact: the reply, its delay, and the precise moment a person at the practice becomes responsible.

    §6 Follow-up

  • 05

    ASSISTANT

An assistant on the practice's site, in both working languages, answering from the practice's own material. It states that it is an AI system, captures who asked and about what, and hands each enquiry to a named person. Every conversation is a record entry.

    §9 Assistant

  • 06

    SYSTEMS

Internal work that repeats, automated: intake that stops being retyped, document requests that chase themselves, confirmations, reminders, equipment revisions, consumable reordering, and assembly still done by hand.

    §10 Systems

What it costs

No figure is published, and that is a decision rather than an omission. Everything else about the engagement is published — the specification, the boundary of every service, and the terms: what is charged, when it starts, and what cancelling takes.

The figure itself is named on one call, thirty minutes, derived beforehand rather than improvised.

Why there is no price

The Standard is published before it is sold

You read it before you buy anything. It is dated, it is versioned, and every clause carries an identifier that does not move. “Is that included?” is answered by a clause, not by a conversation about goodwill.

The site you are reading is held to it, and the checks run on every publication. When one fails, the page does not ship.

The record

One entry per action: what was done, by which system, at what hour, on which page, and what changed. Open it on a Sunday night and read what went out under your name on Thursday, and which clause it satisfies.

Open continuously, without asking. A monthly report is the supplier’s account of its own work; a record you can open at any hour is not.

Who it is for

Aesthetic-medicine and aesthetic-surgery practices, across Europe. Four conditions, written to be read as a test rather than as a description.

What Standard may run is not the same in every country. It is established on the first call and written into the contract, before anything is signed rather than after.

  • 01

    The acts are medical

What may be said about them is governed, and a supplier who gets that wrong does not carry the consequence alone — which is why the refusals are published before anything is sold.

  • 02

    One person approves

No procurement, no committee, no tender to answer.

  • 03

    Something is already published

A site, pages, what goes out to patients — and nobody can currently say who approved it, or when it last changed.

  • 04

    More than one language

The practice works in more than one, or receives patients who do not share its own.
