Months pass, and nothing is published. A colleague has left the practice; their name is still on the site. No one can say who approved the last page, or when.

What the subscription covers

- Pages that answer the questions people actually ask, and your listings kept in line with the site, wherever people look for you.
- Follow-up
- A first reply to every enquiry; the time it took is recorded, and so is the moment someone at the practice takes it in hand.
- The assistant
- In preparation. On your site, in your languages, it will answer only from what you have published, say that it is automated, and pass everything else to someone at the practice.
- Work that repeats
- Internal work that comes round again, automated inside the tools you already use: intake forms no longer retyped, document requests that chase themselves.
One person to deal with, and one place to give your approval.
Nothing appears under your name without your approval.
Each text is put to you as it will appear, and each person approves what carries their own name. What is not approved waits.
A letter, each week.
What has been done, what awaits you, what comes next: a signed letter, in your client area and, if you wish, by e-mail.
What awaits your signature is shown there as it will appear. You approve it, or send it back with a note, from your phone.
For anything else, a note is enough; the person who does the work answers it personally.
Open your client area on a Sunday night: what went out under your name on Thursday is there, with the hour you approved it.

Each of these services is set down in the Standard: a dated text, published before anything is signed, and binding. The site you are reading is held to it.

For practices where one person decides: no committee, no tender.

Month to month, no minimum term. Nothing is charged before the site is live.
