Methodology

How to Read These Numbers

CPFT is defined as total acquisition spend divided by funded traders produced within the measurement window. Once a tenant is provisioned, it is not an estimate — it is a measured unit cost derived from row-level Control Plane telemetry, computed for every cohort and channel.

The figures on this page are tier-level design targets. The Standard system is architected so that an operator deploying at each tier reaches the listed CPFT and time-to-visibility within the activation window. Live operator data — anonymized — will replace these targets here once private-beta partners onboard.

Sovereign tier target CPFT ($612) reflects the highest-tier design specification. Industry baseline ($1,240) represents the median CPFT reported by prop firms using retainer agencies, derived from publicly available LP filings and industry research — not from any Standard tenant.
