Disclosures

Standard Online LLC operates as a trader acquisition infrastructure and AI orchestration provider. The company is not a financial advisor, investment advisor, broker-dealer, or trading signal service. Nothing published on this website or delivered through the Standard system constitutes financial advice, investment recommendation, or trading instruction of any kind. All content, frameworks, and communications are educational and operational in nature.

Past system performance by other clients does not guarantee future results for any trading firm. Outcomes depend on variables outside the system's control: client execution capability, prevailing market conditions, audience targeting accuracy, offer-market fit, and strict adherence to deployment systems. The AI-orchestrated infrastructure delivers measurable operational efficiency. The client delivers market-facing execution. Both inputs are required for meaningful outcomes.

Standard Online LLC maintains its operational headquarters at 9440 Santa Monica Boulevard, Beverly Hills, CA 90210. The entity is registered as a Wyoming limited liability company. All data processing follows privacy-by-design operations. EU/EEA client data is handled in accordance with applicable data protection regulations (including GDPR), with secure storage, limited retention periods, and explicit consent protocols. No system deployment, system, or service offering guarantees specific returns, revenue outcomes, or business results. The data confirms only what the system measures. The system requires competent execution.

No Fiduciary Relationship. Standard Online LLC does not act in a fiduciary capacity. No client relationship creates fiduciary obligations, trust responsibilities, or duties of loyalty beyond the express service agreement. Clients retain full decision-making authority over their acquisition strategy, trading operations, and business execution. Standard Online provides infrastructure, recommendations, and data. Implementation decisions remain the client's exclusive responsibility.

Regulatory Alignment. Standard Online's AI-orchestrated acquisition infrastructure is designed for compliance-conscious deployment across jurisdictions. The system architecture supports regulatory requirements including data residency constraints, consent management, assessment trail generation, and automated compliance reporting. Specific regulatory alignment depends on client jurisdiction and is assessed during the System Assessment.

Compliance

Data Privacy & Security

GDPR Compliance. Standard Online operates under privacy-by-design data handling protocols. All EU/EEA client data is processed per applicable data protection regulations (including GDPR) — Lawful Basis assessment, purpose limitation, data minimization, storage limitation, and integrity/confidentiality safeguards. Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) available upon request for all EU/EEA clients.

Data Residency. Client data is stored in region-appropriate infrastructure. US clients: data hosted on US-based servers. EU clients: data hosted within the European Economic Area. Custom residency configurations available for Tier 2 and Tier 3 deployments. Data does not cross jurisdictional boundaries without explicit client authorization.

SOC2 Readiness. Standard Online is actively preparing for SOC2 Type II certification. Current controls include: access management with role-based permissions, encryption at rest and in transit (AES-256, TLS 1.3), automated backup and disaster recovery protocols, continuous security monitoring, and annual third-party penetration testing. SOC2 assessment timeline: certification targeted within 12 months. Current clients receive quarterly security posture reports.

Data Retention. Client data retained only as long as operationally necessary or legally required. Standard retention: active deployment period plus 90 days post-termination. Extended retention available upon request for regulatory compliance purposes. Data destruction follows NIST 800-88 Rev 1 guidelines. Client data export available at any time during active engagement.

Incident Response. Security incidents reported to affected clients within 72 hours of discovery. Full incident documentation, root cause analysis, and remediation steps provided. No security incident has occurred to date. Incident response plan tested quarterly.

Terms

Terms of Service Summary

Service agreements with Standard Online LLC are commercial engagements. Fees become non-refundable upon deployment initiation, because system install constitutes an irrevocable resource allocation across engineering, creative, and media infrastructure.

Each deployment is a single-entity license. The system is installed for the contracted trading firm only. Resale, redistribution, white-labeling, or sublicensing to third parties requires explicit written agreement from Standard Online LLC.

The Swarm Integrity Code governs all client data: competitive intelligence, audience insights, and performance data processed through the system remain held in strict confidence. Cross-client reads are not possible from tenant-facing code. Tenant isolation is enforced at the database layer through Postgres row-level security policies on every tenant-bearing table, with system-driven access controls and an explicit, audit-logged staff-scope helper for any administrative read.

Termination is structured for operational clarity. No long-term contract is required until the system goes live. Post-deployment continuity terms govern the engagement from that point forward. Month-to-month engagement with 30 days written notice for termination. This document is written in plain language by intentional design. Legal ambiguity serves no one.

Limitation of Liability. Standard Online LLC's aggregate liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by client in the 12 months preceding the claim. Standard Online is not liable for client trading losses, market events, or outcomes resulting from client execution decisions. The system provides infrastructure and data. Results depend on client implementation.
