Standard Online is in private beta and runs with two operators: Matheus Moreira and Standard Brain. The team is intentionally small. When we open a role, we want to already know the right person — so the talent pipeline is open even when the requisitions are not.

Who we want to know

When Standard does open a role, we will hire from a short list of operators we have already met. The shared traits we look for:

Algorithm-native. You think in workflows, edge cases, and governance loops. Working alongside AI systems is not foreign — it is how you already operate.
Output-driven. Contribution is measured in shipped results, not presence. Decks and process theater carry little weight; the metric you move is the contribution that registers.
System-adherent. You respect a documented architecture. You follow it, and you improve it through evidence rather than impulse.
Direct communication. Say what you mean and deliver what you commit to. Ambiguity is overhead — for you and for the partners we serve.
Trading or acquisition fluency. You understand cost per funded trader, trial-to-funded conversion mechanics, or you have demonstrated the ability to learn comparable domain language quickly.
What this is not: a posting designed to fill a chair. We are not pitching a culture deck or a "family." If we know each other before a role is funded, the conversation is faster and the fit is sharper for both sides.
Status

Open Roles

None at this time. Standard is operated by two: one human (Matheus Moreira) and one AI (Standard Brain). When the first funded hire opens, it will be sourced from the talent pipeline below — not posted on job boards.

AI Content Operator

Future role: operate the AI content engine across partner deployments and validate generated creative against brand, compliance, and conversion logic. Trading-acquisition fluency expected. Remote. Performance-weighted compensation.

Paid Acquisition Engineer

Future role: manage paid acquisition architecture across Meta, Google, and native ad platforms. Govern to cost per funded trader, not vanity metrics. Minimum two years of B2B paid acquisition experience expected. Remote.

Partner Systems Manager

Future role: own the interface between the Standard system and partner operations. Drive 48-hour provisioning and quarterly reviews built on trading-native KPIs. Remote.

Compensation

Compensation Philosophy

When Standard does fund a role, it will compensate on output, not presence. Base covers market rate; variable compensation scales with measurable contribution — work shipped, CPFT reduced, partner outcomes improved. We do not adjust pay by geography.
