Transparency Policy

Effective Date: April 1, 2026 | Entity: Standard Online LLC

Legal text provided in English — the governing language of all agreements.

The System

Standard Online publishes only what it can verify. No fabricated performance numbers. No manufactured case studies. No projected outcomes presented as confirmed results. Transparency is the competitive edge. Manufactured proof is institutional malpractice.

Performance Data

Results are published when data confirms them — not when they look favorable. Month 1 establishes baseline. Month 3 reveals trajectory. Month 6 confirms system viability. No conclusions are drawn before the system speaks. Active deployments are documented on the Telemetry page with status, methodology, and KPI tracking confirmation — not outcome claims. The Telemetry page contains only verified data from live system deployments. It does not contain projections, estimates, or anonymized aggregates that cannot be traced to a specific deployment. KPI verification works through automated system tracking with third-party attribution confirmation. Each published metric has a data source, verification method, and deployment context.

AI Disclosure

The Standard system deploys AI-generated content across all four immutable modules. All AI-generated creative undergoes human QC for brand alignment, regulatory compliance, and conversion logic before deployment. The AI produces at scale. Human oversight governs all strategic decisions. This division is deliberate and documented. Module-specific AI usage: Identity Protocol (AI-assisted descriptor generation, human final approval), Distribution Engine (AI cross-channel allocation, human media buyer approval), Acquisition System (AI funnel creative and path isolation, human strategist review), Conversion Pipeline (AI sequence drafting and provisioning logic, human QC review). Human QC threshold: 100% of AI-generated creative receives human review before deployment. When AI output fails QC, it is regenerated with adjusted parameters or replaced with human-created content. Failed outputs are logged for system improvement.

Affiliate and Compensation Disclosure

Standard Online LLC has no undisclosed affiliate relationships. Active partner firms operate under NDA — Standard does not display partner logos for credibility, run paid testimonials, or fabricate social proof. No compensation is received for third-party tool mentions in published content.

Financial Disclaimer

Standard Online LLC is not a financial advisor, investment advisor, broker-dealer, or trading signal service. All content, frameworks, and system outputs are acquisition-infrastructure and operational in nature. Nothing published by Standard Online constitutes financial advice. Past system performance does not guarantee future results for any trading firm.

Data Practices

All partner data is logically isolated by tenant, enforced at the database layer through Postgres row-level security on every tenant-bearing table. Cross-tenant reads are not possible from tenant-facing code; administrative access is gated through an explicit, audit-logged staff-scope helper. Privacy-by-design operations by default. Full details in the Privacy Policy.

SOC2 Status

Standard Online is actively preparing for SOC2 Type II certification. Current controls: role-based access management, AES-256 encryption at rest and in transit, TLS 1.3, automated backup and disaster recovery, continuous security monitoring, annual third-party penetration testing. Certification targeted within 12 months. Active clients receive quarterly security posture reports during the readiness period. These reports include: control status, penetration test results, incident summary (or confirmation of zero incidents), and roadmap to certification.

Pricing Transparency

The System Assessment is complimentary with every deployment. Tier pricing is published on the Pricing page. No hidden fees. No performance-based fees that are not disclosed in the service agreement. Variable compensation for operators is internal — it does not affect client pricing.

Incident Reporting

Security incidents reported to affected clients within 72 hours of discovery. Full incident documentation, root cause analysis, and remediation steps provided. No security incident has occurred to date.

Updates

This policy updates when practices change. Material changes communicated to active partners via registered email.
