One conversation, thirty minutes, and it is not a pitch. The Standard is published so that it can be read before this, which leaves the call two jobs: the facts Standard needs before it can say what it may run, and the figure.
The country, the profession, and which acts the practice performs. Those three decide what Standard may run and how far each service extends, and nothing downstream is settled before they are.
Who the named person is — who approves what is published, and who a handover reaches. Nothing goes out under a practice's name without one.
Which systems the practice already runs and already pays for. Systems is bounded to those, which is why the question is asked before rather than after.
The figure. Derived beforehand and named in the conversation, not improvised in it.
Whatever the Standard did not answer.
There is no proposal document and no negotiation on scope. The close is a clause: the Standard has been read, and the practice subscribes or it does not.
Nothing is charged before the site is live, and the terms that govern the engagement are published on the price page rather than settled here.
Standard states what Standard does. Anything about a practice's own position is for the practice and its own adviser, and that holds in a conversation exactly as it does in writing.
One address, read by the person who would do the work. Nothing above is required to use it.
