This is not an example. It is the record Standard keeps for its own site, read live — the same entries, in the same surface a practice reads for its own account. No account is needed to read it.
Read only
You are reading Standard's own record. A practice reads theirs in the same place, in the same form, and nobody — Standard included — can alter an entry after it is written. An entry records the act: what a patient said and who they are do not go into one, and that is checked on every publication rather than remembered.
The gate runner was changed to fail the build independently.
Each gate runs and reports separately, and a gate that cannot perform its assertion fails the build rather than warning. Three gates run on every build: retired-path resolution, banned terms, and visible tokens.

Eighteen paths were set to return 410.
Pages belonging to retired service lines were removed. Each of the eighteen paths returns gone rather than redirecting to the home page. A build-time check asserts that all eighteen resolve to nothing.

Bounded to the 20 most recent entries. The record is not summarised: what is not shown here is below it, not absent.
The record opens in week 2. From that moment you can read it at any hour, without asking anyone.
